Who holds the funds?
You pay a Lightning invoice to the rail provider for that country. Ramper orchestrates the route and tracks settlement — it is not a custodial wallet.
What if mobile money is delayed?
Use the runbook with payment hash and support refs. Reconcile pulls provider status and receipt codes when the rail finishes.
How do fees work?
Fees differ by country rail. The payout form shows a live or typical fee preview before you generate the invoice.
